Hot Dinners
We get a lot of information about new openings here at Hot Dinners, so it takes a lot to impress us. So when we say that an announcement about a new central London hotel made us sit up and take notice, that’s a big thing. The illustrations about the restaurant and bar opening at The Newman, really caught our eye. This Fitzrovian boutique hotel will have two places to eat and drink and they both look fabulous.
Brasserie Adeline will seat 76 covers within a spacious dining room that benefits from natural light, plus an additional 24 covers in a separate bar space and a street-side terrace for alfresco dining. The restaurant will be open from breakfast through to late evening seven days a week, serving a menu influenced by Northern European cuisine and made up of ‘classic comfort dishes’.
Christian Turner will oversee the 76-cover Brasserie Adeline, which will serve classic dishes with a Northern European twist, as well as the downstairs Gambit Bar.
Taking up residence in the heart of Fitzrovia, Brasserie Adeline will be a contemporary, all-day brasserie, serving a menu of classic comfort dishes and delivering the energy of a bustling neighbourhood institution.
